I have never heard of the Polaris biopsy, but I see my urologist April 1 and will ask. Is the method in additions to the PSA and regular needle biopsy, and is it new?

If you are under Active Surveillance you are also getting regular biopsies in addition to the PSA test. Hopefully this new test can give the patient additional information needed for treatment...
